Insurance and Payment Options

We have made and will continue to make, every effort to keep down the cost of your dental care. Our policy is to request payment at the time of your dental treatment. We try to avoid sending statements because of the cost of paperwork, postage, and manpower affects our fees.

In order to make payment plans convenient for our customers, we offer CareCredit. CareCredit is a convenient, low minimum monthly payment program for your entire family specifically designed to pay for healthcare and elective treatment not covered by insurance. You may make an application for CareCredit at the time of your appointment or prior to your appointment by going to www.carecredit.com.

Insurance:

We accept most insurance, including payments from most PPO and indemnity plans. At Dental Associates, Inc., we accept payments from many insurance plans, even if we are not a designated provider. In many instances, the difference in the payment amount is not that much. Please feel free to call our office to make an appointment and to ask any questions or voice any concerns you may have.

We accept all major credit cards, ATM cards, cash, and personal checks.
